true. I am very happy, that the data partition is still encrypted. How easy is it, to loose a phone? And for me at least, loosing the DATA on the phone would be very bad (Keepass, Google Authenticator, lots of photos and other crucial data)

Hello, With the latest xiaomi.eu rom on my redmi note 5 pro i am missing the lockscreen media controls (forward/back/pause/play) for the ds audio player app. I get controls with other players like winamp. But i would like to use ds audio because i use it for streaming music from my synology...

I have a redmi note 5 pro. With 8.23 i had about 60% battery left at the end of the day. With 8.30 i am down to 15%. Went back to bin 8.23 for now.

With my mi mix 2 i get no sound/vibration notification when a new whatsapp arives. The screen turns on briefly and shows the new whatsapp. But the mix2 doesnt vibrate or play a sound. :( I tried notificon for a workaround, then i get one notification and afterwards the mix 2 activates silent...

Miui 9 includes the latest security patches. So yes.

Then I would loose root access and could no longer use titanium backup, and adaway. So this is not an option :(

With the latest magisk 13.1 release the Safety net test fails again. Even with the universal safety net fix installed. I guess all I can do is wait for a working fix/magisk version?

Switching system language to English from German fixes this issue. Can I report this to someone in this forum as I have no GitHub account?

Thanks for the tip with the system language. I indeed use German. I already tried magisk hide without success. Will try the module... Edit: with the module installed it passes safety net test. Thanks for the tip.
