You should have first flashed the lollipop rom and then change the recovery. Puting a recovery compatibile with lollipop bootloader, on a Nougat bootloader makes it unusable. I think you need to flash lollipop rom with a Twrp compatible with the bootloader that you have now eg 3.0.3.0 or...

I guess you should've read the instructions before updating to Nougat. It says very clearly that the update will lock your bootloader. That means every recovery you had is now gone and without recovery u can't even do a factory reset. Permissions are granted within 10 days. Most of us got it...
