Save content of your SD card and try to format with smartphone. Sometimes underlaying file system has errors. But as frofa above said there are lots of faked cards in the world, mostly cheap or no name products.

Looks like a problem with wrong time zone. Please check your time zone: Settings->Additional Settings->Date & time ->Select time zone (switch off "Automatic time zone")

That's good. Your smartphone is OK. Take a look into Google PlayStore -> Settings menu. At the bottom you can see your certification from Google. If this is also OK then it's a Google issue and only Google can help you.
