    I really do my best! I hope that solution will work, must work! Just flash china official dev rom and then install TWRP. Wipe all data (go in advanced options and select all)! And finally flash xiaomi.eu rom.

    Oh come on I fixed this issue like 100 times and know I don't rembember how to do that. You might need to flash official rom "China Dev": http://en.miui.com/download-101.html#164 and then flash xiaomi.eu rom again.

    After error 7, did you tried to reboot in TWRP? After reboot should go! Make the reboot with TWRP, not with power button!
