I don't know how to help you, You must know how to do those things if you buy a xiaomi phone. I've installed twrp and rom on Mi4, Redmi note 3 MTK and PRO version too, but I got no issues.

Install TWRP via fastboot temporarily if you want to install EU Rom.

For Mi Pad you have to wait. Coming soon I think.

You've to flash dev rom.

Hello! Firstly you have to unlock your bootloader (it just takes approx. 10-12 days) and then you can install xiaomi.eu rom. You can try install last eu rom via updater app if you don't have TWRP installed, but I think you have to unlock bootloader before.

It's the same process, but before switching from dev to stable make a backup in TWRP! :)

Just go to Settings-Second Space and there you can delete your 2nd space.
