    Unroot Of Eu Weekly Rom

I am in the same situation and have the same question. Thanks!

    MULTI 4.2.28

How did you guys recompile the many packages that are using renamed manifest? AntiSpam, Backup, Calendar, and many more can't be recompiled as-is with APKTool 2 beta9... asked about it here and also opened an issue on APKTool tracker about it.

    [Q] Smali Reject Files Walkthrough

The registers (e.g. v7, v2) can sometimes be different, and so can the labels (e.g. cond_0, goto_2). So look at the reject file and try to do a partial search for the lines above/below the change that it's rejected. Sometimes that's not enough to go on, and you can manually diff the MIUI smali...

    4.2.28 - Can't recompile AntiSpam.apk

Hi guys, Since multilang release is already out I assume there is a solution to this problem. It seems a bug with APKTool, being unable to recompile AntiSpam no matter which APKTool version or OS I throw at it. See the original issue report on APKTool project page here...

    3.3.1 (V5)

Xiaomi have already made a lot of changes for us to make porting easier - the framework-specific natives are seperated to new static objects. I already have it booting with sound and wifi working on the Xperia Play (a Snapdragon S2 SoC) and should be releasing an alpha tomorrow :) Probably...

    3.3.1 (V5)

It doesn't have Jellybean. Any device that does not have official Jellybean will never be officially supported. Someone will have to port it, providing your device has a stable Jellybean AOSP-based ROM.

    3.3.1 (V5)

No. What did I just say? Only M2. I think this is made up, because Xiaomi is only just starting a closed beta for M1. M1 MIUI5 due for public beta at end of March. There is NO ETA on other devices yet.

    3.3.1 (V5)

ROFL. Classic! MIUI5 only JUST came out dude. After the release MIUI5 for Nexus devices (the only MIUI supported devices that are based on AOSP and not stock ROM), then they will work on it. Besides, if you have enough skill with smali you can do it yourself without documentation. I am...

    3.3.1 (V5)

I wonder who else is going to download M2 release and try their hardest to port to their device :D It'll be tough! Also wtf, M1/S has 3.3.1 on MIUI Development downloads? MIUI4 being kept for M1?

MULTI MIUI ROM 2.12.29 ICS Bug Fix

The post clearly states that this issue is on .28 ICS ROM's, but you said you reverted to ICS - implying you had a bootloop issue on JB for One X but not ICS. This is not the topic of this thread.

    Xiaomi Xiaomi In 2013

Jellybean is superior to ICS in every way, especially performance wise. As the article states, Xiaomi will support one/two flagship devices from each manufacturer - so it's up to us to port to other devices. It's not bad news, really. If I can port compile MIUI 4.1/JB to an Xperia 2011 device...

    Xiaomi Xiaomi In 2013

Fantastic stuff. I've already had great success with porting MIUI 4.1 to one Xperia 2011 device, soon it will be much easier to support more devices. Looking forward to it!

[MOD][MIUI GB] Skip track via volume press

It was for Gingerbread MIUI only. Just let it die in peace.

    2.11.30

The logical thing to do would to post your issue in the Control Panel thread. MIUI Australia Control Panel has Navbar height changing, are you sure you installed the Mod and checked? It won't be included in the ROM because, not only will it make ROM releases more complex/take longer, but there...

Keep charging it. Battery needs calibration. If it gets stuck, unplug it and let it drain (use "Fast Discharge" app from Play Store to help). Then when it gets flat, charge it to 100% FULLY without disconnect. This is why many people recommend that you have 100% battery when flashing anything.

    2.11.30

Any device you don't see here is not officially supported by Xiaomi, thus has nothing to do with MIUIAndroid.com. It's not bad or evil, just completely off-topic. Take it to the XDA section for your device or to that thread, where someone may be willing to port it. It's outside of the scope of...

    2.11.30

Most devices with 512MB of RAM or less, and/or released in 2011 from any manufacturer will not be getting JB. But yeah, as iBot said - people need to stop asking. And those who do have JB and are wondering why things don't work, they should check to make sure OTHER JB ROM's work first. That...

Make sure you put the JAR, the test key files and the update ZIP in that same folder, then from command prompt do: CD /D "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\signapk" java -jar "%CD%\signapkv2.jar" -w -v "%CD%\testkey.x509.pem" "%CD%\testkey.pk8" "%CD%\update.zip"...

Preview MIUI ROM 2.11.23 Preview Changelog (week 116)

Umm, people seem to be confused. Xiaomi have not said anything about Android v4.2. As said, there is no mention of MIUI being updated to 4.2. I hope it doesn't for a long time, 4.2 has no significant changes over 4.1.2 - it's like comparing 2.3.3 to 2.3.4. It's a mystery why Google versioned...
