Whenever I go to fastboot mode on my device and then want to boot again. And when I press power button, I see the Mi logo and then a bar appears like installing something. It takes around 15 minutes for that bar to finish and after that it reboots. Is it normal for everybody? Thanks.

Off course yes. I am in fastboot mode and tried to install twrp recovery through command line. My device was detected in fastboot mode but when I wanted to install twrp, I got a message that my device is locked and can't flash any image.

Today I tried to install TWRP but I got a message in command prompt that your bootloader is locked and can't flash images to your device.

Thanks for your reply. What should I do now? How to install a recovery and why I shouldn't have a recovery? Was it removed by the seller? Please guide me. That should be my last Xiaomi phone. I gave money to buy this phone and want to use it the way I like it.@alberto85

This is very strange. You should check in settings >>> about phone and see how much memory you have... If there also it says 10 GB then either your device is fake or faulty and send it back to the seller.

But I have been told that if you see the image of mobile phone with USB cable, it means that my bootloader is locked. Can anybody reconfirm. Thanks.

When I press volume up and power, I see the first image but when I press volume down and power, I see the lower fastboot image. So what does that mean? What is the status of my bootloader?
