is 12.0.5.0 (raphael) worth updating from 12.0.4.0? any bugs, fixes or new features? changelog doesn't say much and it's only been three weeks. we were on 12.0.3.0 for like ten weeks before that so idk, just don't wanna update only to find out there are screen recorder/video playback issues again

i think so but i've never done it. i think you should just look for the 12.0.3.0 version on sourceforge, download it manually, transfer to internal storage and flash recovery. don't trust me 100% on this, i'm just guessing. i'll wait a little to see if something will be done by the team. edit...

same. highly recommend k20 pro owners that haven't updated yet to skip this update. afaik it just brought the saturn wallpaper and september security patch, but the several bugs are really not worth it.

attempted to update my raphael twice today. after reaching 100% download the updater app froze for a half-hour, then it said "check MD5 and install". when i pressed it, it said the battery was too low to safely install the zip file (battery at 78%, not charging). now i'm downloading it again...

found another little thing that might need fixing (raphael, 12.0.2 stable): i can't apply different animated wallpapers from lock screen to home screen. even if i pick "apply to [lock or home]" instead of "apply to both", it ends up with both having the same wallpaper. not super wallpapers btw...

devs probably aware already but fwiw these are the issues i've been having (raphael): - auto brightness acts up on occasion - when using google discover, system repeatedly reports problems on youtube even if it's not in RAM - screen on is draining about 25% more - fingerprint occasionally...

yeah, about an hour later it concluded... felt like downloading a file with double the actual size of the update. i wonder how many more of those we'll be getting, cause doing this weekly is kind of a pain. thanks for the help.

i downloaded it but it "froze" at 100% and didn't update, then the updater app attempted to download it all over again. went to recovery to check the folders and couldn't find anything but the .temp file. is there a fix that doesn't involve flashing manually?
