You can unlock the phone as much as you want. You have to try many times till Mi Unlock works as it is not 100% reliable.

At least I would have liked to have "last opened app" key as have the pixel.

Nougat, it is smoother but I haven't found new features yet.

On Nougat other phones could assign last opened app to recent's button long press, didn't find the option here?

I have successfully updated my Mi Note Pro to latest 7.2.9 and installed working TWRP and Root via MIUI Hellas (thanks). Ad Away won't work, don't know why.

You can unlock it again after you installed 7,2,9 with Mi Unlock without any problem.

You have to search on en.miui forum. You have to apply online and Xiaomi will send you a code to use to unlock the bootloader online with Mi Unlock tool. At first bootloader was unlocked (at least on Mi Note Pro) then ROM updates introduced locked bootloader and the applying process.

You have to apply to Xiaomi to unlock it.

Try Mi Unlock official app. It works (sometimes)

I have used miflash and now the bl is locked again and mi unlock won't unlock it again "couldn't verify device"

Same result: FAILED (remote: dtb not found)
