In video settings, there is hdr toggle. If you enable it, phone freezes. If you try to relaunch camera, a notification pops up ("No connection to camera"). Force close, clear data and reboot resolves the issue. In pictures HDR option is not present.

Actually after using this for 24 hours, I realized that cores are not actually off (except when they are not needed). Though, if you do not reboot you can set their max freq at 384. So CPU Control seems to do pretty much the same as the Kernel Tuner, but through teminal.

It is an option to underclock your CPU. Wajk have created some mods. If you don't flash them, your CPU configuration should be like stock
