Unlike mi2, mi4s bootloader is locked preventing roms not coming directly from xiaomi to be installed. If you want to install roms from here, you have to unlock your bootloader first. Thank xiaomi, waste some time and good luck :)

just tested (on Mi2S) : in the toggles switches, -turn on silent - turn on vibrate then, as expected, phone calls are silent and vibrate the only tricky part is that turning silent on automatically turns vibrate off, you have to turn vibrate on after silent

for google notifications, in auto start you no only need "framework google services" but "google play services" too (+gmail,hangouts,...)
