Your system partition is too small to fit CyanogenMod and full gapps package. You can do two things: 1. Repartition your device 2. Flash a smaller gapps package I did the second one, a lot easier. Have a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2240652

@M1cha @linuxx and everyone else who helped with CyanogenMod want to give you all a big thanks!! I finally got time to get rid of MIUI and make the switch to CM. I'll stick to the M-releases and it works like charm so far ;)
