Have disabled Mi-Cloud sync but to my HORROR it still sync s my logs,text, CALLS photos etc to mi cloud.... I DON'T want it too and I only just discovered it sync's my PHONE CALLS... How can I stop this from happening??? regards A concerned Lohtse

oddly don't have google contacts on my Mipad 2 anyone know why? never mind found it was frozen so used titanium to defrost it and alls well

will that allow me to change themes?

Have updated to latest 8.3 miui and really do like it but if I try to change lock screen wallpaper in settings I get "unfortunatley, system laucher has stopped" Anyone else have the same issue??? I don't get any issue if I change home screen. also has anyone figured out how to change themes...

I had tried that one but that didn't play nice with the android app... also the firmware seemed to have speed issues as well... Anyway this firmware for me at least was VERY buggy so have gone back to latest chinese version and other than having to use app or google translate in chrome it works...

thank you for your reply but have mentioned in this or another thread I got it sorted but took 4 flashes to get root... But all is well and thank you to everyne who has helped!

running this on our router but there seems to be issues with constant drop outs and reconnections with our devices.... did a check to make sure it wasn't devices and went back to latest version of rom(china one) and alls fine then so seems I am only experiencing this on the is english rom :-(...

has anuone got root working on miui 7.2.23_v8-5.1 yet???? really need root and just flashed this but no root and flashing supersu results in my mipad 2 being stuck at animaition with the three dots!!!!

Ok so flashed this on to my Mi-pad 2 all seems to be working fine except NO root... which SuperSU zip do I need to regain Root????

Anyone using this rom on their Mipad 2??? how well is it running and did you just flash over previous rom???? Did you need to reflash recovery afterwards?
