?They dont delayed update. China and Global Miui (both official make china developers) 9.1.3 are susspended for public release for all phones. Reason - New Year time and too short time to make all week rom. They release only for Close Beta roms. Xiaomi.eu only share public.

Global and China rom build China Developers and both are Official Xiaomi.eu base on Official China roms and some phones on Global. In Official Miui are same issue. If You dont know about that dont paste screenshot and no comment my answers.

Yes is from China roms. But its long time issue. They dont care or what?

Official Miui its not Eol, eol is only in xiaomi.eu roms, reason problem with patch and no time to fix. Official Miui Global and China are continue, They dont end of support this phones. Only Xiaomi.eu.

What was last release for Mi Max and Redmi 4 without bug sms? I must do flash via Xiaomiflash and flash twrp and install Xiaomi.eu for Prada. For Mi Max i probably go to Global rom. Thanks for support and bye.

Buy new phone. You cant seperate android vetsion from Miui. For some device You have Global roms fron en.miui.com but some phone have only China roms and end support Xiaomi.eu Example Prada - Redmi 4
