    Means that current mirror link is down, kill app and try again it will use different mirror.

    7.9 was latest at the time your stable was rolling out, any later build contains fixed updater, so no worries :)

    Good, so I would just follow what @EnormoDerClown said. Reflash TWRP with latest one, cause in some cases such update is necessary to move forward with updates.

    So two evenings working on this issue and I managed to reduce opening time to be x2 or even x2.5 faster :)
