Read the damn thread. It has been written everywhere, it's NOT an issue of this ROM. Servers ARE down. Continuing to report bugs that does not belong here won't get your weather app working again. There are links for the bug push request to Xiaomi, read the thread and go complain there.

Yeah an image of a Global Dev should be good, then once it booted go back to fastboot, reflash TWRP then Xiaomi.EU, wipe only Dalvik, Cache and Data Hope your wife does not kill you, mine would have killed me instantly

You have wiped /System If reflashing xiaomi.eu via TWRP does not work you have to reflash a stock MIUI via MiFlash, then reinstall TWRP and start over. Never wipe /System unless you are looking for troubles

So the workaround is to have the recovery to believe that you have the wrong phone xD

Simple, your recovery is not recognizing your phone. You probably flashed in the correct way the recovery but something is definitely wrong. Download again TWRP from link in the first post and flash it again via fastboot, then try again.

The recovery is blocking you because it's not recognizing your device as a MARKW. If you try to flash a different device signature the recovery just gave error. As you can see in your picture it clearly says that the .zip file is for "markw" your device is " " so I am pretty sure that you have...

The recovery is telling you that you have a different device. Not me. In fact after looking again at the endless list of Redmi's it seems it's the right one for your device. It looks like you recovery does not recognize your device as a Redmi 4 Pro (codename MARKW)

You're flashing the wrong package, that is for Redmi Note 4, your device is PRADA named just HM4

Have you already unlocked bootloader and switched recovery to TWRP?

I have similar issue but from MIUI 7 for Telegram and only for single person chats, not on group chats. The toast notification does not appear but the LED flashed correctly the colour. If i bring down the notification shade then the notification is there.

Can you check if the bootloader has been already unlocked?

Strange, if you are con China Stable you should be able to flash via Updater the China Dev...
