If you have the weekly ROM, you can install stable ROM by fastboot, with format data option. This is how I did, and it works perfectly. Remember to do a backup before installing it!

I have tested both of them, and stable one was my choice because weekly ROM gives some issues in 1920 fps slow motion mode in my Mi 11 Pro.

I have updated from weekly 22.3.30 ROM to the stable 13.0.10 with format data, and it works well. I had problems with slow motion mode in camera with that weekly ROM and these issues have now dissapeared. All OK. Mi 11 Pro over A12

These are the app settings when pressing and holding app icon. (Two pictures, whole settings don't fit in one screen). No autostart settings here.

I can't find this app in app list. There is a "device health services" app, wich is enabled in automatic start (see attached picture). There is no settings of automatic start inside Mi Fitness app.

I think the older app was correct in steps and distance. The new Mi Fitness app counts about a half of distance and steps. Distance is easy to test (with Google maps).

It's not recommended. Changing Stable to weekly or vice-versa must be done with data format.

I have a Mi 11 Pro. Camera is good in photo and best in video. Screen and power are top. Battery is enough (5000 mAh) but you must understand that this big monster needs a big battery...

Just wait... If the updating fails, check your USB cable (it is recommended to use original cable) or the USB ports (USB 2.0 works better than USB 3.0). Or maybe the files are corrupted. Download again and extract with WinRar.

I can't fix my camera app issues (1920 fps slow motion doesn't work) in my Mi 11 Pro. Can I downgrade from weekly 22-3-3 back to weekly 22-2-9 with update.bat system? Or a clean installation with data format is needed in this case? I have Android 12
