No. The new MIUI14 ROM is build with A13 and inside this ROM there is a new TWRP. Once MIUI14 is installed, you will have new TWRP installed.

Reboot to recovery and flash it again

Error messages are not relevant. After flashing ROM, reboot to system and new ROM will work perfectly. If you come from Stable MIUI13 and you are installing Stable MIUI14, no wipe or data format is needed.

If you have MIUI 13 over A12, TWRP 3.6.2 is the correct one. Use it to flash new ROM and new TWRP will be installed itself with this new ROM.

In repair shop, the guy tried to reball the cpu with rest of motherboard (that is what he said). It didn't work because the memory of cpu was damaged. I have known about some devices that have been fixed after reballing, specially in wifi issues. It could be your case.

Don't worry. After flashing, you have to reboot to system and new ROM will start to work flawlessly. Error messages aren't relevant. I got these messages in my MI 11 Ultra, and rebooted to system without any problem.

If the issue is about soldering, you can try to get repaired. In my case, the repairing shop guy did it, and it didn't work. After that, he tested the CPU memory in a machine and gave error: CPU was damaged and unusable.
