As I know 11T Pro it's an international phone, which doesn't sell in China ; Xiaomi.Eu roms are based on chainese roms , so I don't think there is o solution for your problem in this forum. Sorry if i'm wrong !

It's a known issue in A12. I downloaded the theme ( .mtz file ) , and installed with Theme Swap app.
