    What is your definition of working? Does it work on both encrypted AND non-encrypted phones? Does it have any dependences on any other tweaks or patches? Can you successfully backup AND restore both encrypted and non-encrypted phones?

    Yep, lots of fake news about TWRP for Joyeuse. Suggest you wait for the Weekly's to appear as the LR-Team will almost certainly have produced a working TWRP for those.

    I do it before flashing, but only through habit. NEVER had an issue with dirty flash, which is why I stick with this method.

    @Igor Eisberg Please state exactly which version for TWRP/LR-TWRP can be used to successfully flash the RN9P-EU ROM update. There are so many contradictory threads about TWRP for this device, that it is impossible to judge, with any confidence, which one we should be using.

    Sorry, but I don't answer to you mate. I am more than happy to wait and not risk bricking my phone, as so many on XDA have, using the Curtana TWRP that YOU keep plugging.

    Factually incorrect! You absolutely can upgrade from MIUI 11 to MIUI 12 via a dirty flash. That's how I upgraded my RN7P.

    Not certified for me yet... Tried deleting PlayStore data, etc., even registered my GSF ID with Google, but made no difference. Usual Google BS.

    Make sure that you run the script directly from an administrative CMD prompt. It does not run from the Windows GUI.
