Problem is not caused by VoLTE setting in the phone, (if not enabled in the Operator's network, there is no APN for IMS, which is required for VoLTE). The problem you are experiencing is with the Operator's configuration of CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback), which does the RRC Release from LTE...

It is usually 6-10 weeks behind the release of the weekly beta, it is dependant on bug clearance, etc. The time is not fixed, so be patient, it will come when ready.

A small correction - xiaomi.eu ROM's are based on China Dev ROM, not Global, with exception of one, that being for the HMNote3 SE release (Kate).
