You need to back up all your data off the phone, boot into TWRP, then go to wipes, and "FORMAT DATA", acknowledge acceptance by typing "yes" ( without quotation marks). This removed the encryption that will allow you to boot properly. Once you have done this, you must download the xiaomi.eu...

Do a search on 5GHz WiFi in the forum, plenty of discussions on this topic in the past 3-4 months. Xiaomi has made changes due to EU usage changes on 5GHz band.

If you read the first two posts in the thread, you would see it is EOL (End of Life). No further weekly ROM for it, there may or may not be a stable update at an unknown date.

You need to do "FORMAT" ( with an affirmative "yes") from TWRP to remove encryption. Otherwise you will have the android "three dots" screen forever.

Grow up and show respect for people who do this work for free. If Chinese ROM is delayed for whatever reason, then do is the xiaomi.eu Release.
