Is it too much to ask people to READ THE THREAD and not go parroting the same single fault in their own posts? It is common courtesy to do so, and makes the whole thread/forum much easier for the mods & Devs to see what is a problem. At present there is so much "noise" that the real problems...

Have you written it up in the "Bugs" section of this forum? If not it may well get lost in the "noise" of this thread.

Could well be an additional script with Updater app that has turned off you emergency messages settings, whereas a manual download would be expected to retain old settings - only a guess on my behalf.....

Why don't you (and many others) read the forum first, before posting? This problem has been highlighted literally 100+ times by people who wilfully refuse to read through the thread to understand what has been flagged earlier...

Stable versions are approx 6-10 weeks behind the weekly beta versions (for bug clearance, stability testing, etc), so do not expect a MIUI Stable for another month or two.
