i dont have problem with incall volume. I have set volume to 50 percent and its very good. Clear install 4.10.10

I cant select dialer for missed calls. If you click on the missed call, i can choose the default dialer or exdialer. If I select ex and i will remember, the next time i have missed a call, i must repeat this option. Can someone please confirm this problem?
