I didn't see anything about this FPS and INTER on homescreen , is just me ?? On Mi 10 is like on screenshot , on Mi 11i is below statusbar correctly .. Can't find something on settings to disable this ..

Probably there is no memory extension option on Android 12 yet ..

Mi 11i , on both 21.10.20 and 21.10.27 with A12 , you cannot watch videos at Mi browser only sound and black screen , maybe not fully compatible with A12 yet , i don't know.. With other browser you can watch and listen , i don't know though if this issue affects Mi 11i or all devices with A12...

As you know well TWRP for Renoir is not working properly .. So you have to install last rom through fastboot mode ( it's a fastboot rom zip anyway ) .. after that you can boot to TWRP to install magisk ( fastboot boot twrp img ) .. BTW i don't know if after update to A12 TWRP will be still works ..

Anyway we need a fastboot rom for Renoir , can't see nothing through twrp also , no otg , sideload etc working , you can only update your rom , flashing is the only thing that it works ... It's a useless twrp .. Even if you erase data ( format data ) through fastboot mode then you have to copy...

Did you turn off Ram Extension ??? In my case with mi 10 when i turned off Ram Extension phone start random reboots and when i turned it on again everything works fine again..

I didn't reset anything , just flash the update and still working without issue..

I think there is an issue when you turn off memory extension , i try to turn off memory extension on mi 10 umi , phone start freezing and reboots after 2-3 min of use , by turning it on again and reboot ( as pointed ) the device everything seems fine for me at least ..

For those who having problems with freezes and reboot of device , you can try to activate memory extension at Settings/Additional Settings/Memory Extension .. turn it on and reboot your device ..

Once upon a time with mi 3 ( cancro ) , there is also a kind of partitioning system and device can boot with two different systems , anyway i never try it .. I didn't try to change slot also now but still we need explanation from nebrassy about this and if it works ..
