I never seen this bug, try Wipe Cache or full Wipe if you need. Correct, that's kernel probel, I know about it. Google fixed it in 4.3 & up. Don't worry about it, just use your phone or try MiCore kernel or WiUi KK. Anyway I implemented lots of battery saver tweak and I haven't battery...

I have minimal wakelock on my device, check attached screens. So check your apps with Wakelock Detector and/or use builtin App Ops feature ;) I update to the latest version with Full Wipe and I didn't get any crash. I had some problem with previous version, but not with the latest release...
