Also i was using Xiaomi Global dev 6.11.10 latest rom to my Mi5 and battery gone during night also. I did an update to Xiaomi.eu weekly 6.11.10 and voilá battery for two days all things turn on, wifi, sync, gps.

Please test the following. Disable sync and wifi and see if it helps.
