    Install Xiaomi.eu On Mi Note 3

    I received the MiNote 3 with the Global Stable ROM. To install Xiaomi.eu 8.1.25v2 I have to unlock bootloader, install twrp and then rom flash? Because on other forums I read that it was necessary to decrypt the phone first. Some comments ?

    I flash xiaomi.eu 8.2 stable. And I can't use google now starting by voice. I don't have menu of voice assistant in installed app.
