I have same problem two monts ago. So: 1. Clear everything: Google play data, Google play services and etc. 2. Delete U profile in Google play. 3. Restart. 4. Enter again U info and will be ok. 5. If not- then do this again, but reinstal itself Play again! I have this problem with same error...
