My battery is now 90% full, 4,39V max 1400mA

When battery status is 20-30% and then charge ampere should give max readings.

Max should be +3000Mha, then it´s ok. Cables ok?? Original cable (delivered with the phone) should be fine.

Probably under 80%. How much is your max charging current.
