    Why ..... go into app and look for the pin it should be green . If it is white ... click it and it turn to green Go to setting and set autorun And put time to start 30 sec

    Do the same action ... download the 23 rom ..... put it in sd card .... and go to update app..... select manually update and select the file from sd card
