if you are coming from a ROM other than sMIUI, then it will likely to skip the first flash and boot your phone. but when you are already with sMIUI then this error will not happen.

I guess it was a faulty zip file. so i had to re-download the ROM. this time it worked. ;)

well i did not experienced that double boot problem, if it were a problem before, I think my Max did'nt do that. but it had android.system failing. compared to the previous builds that do the double boot thing. it worked well. still investigating what happened. tho.
