Oh... my bad... back to 2.4.13 it is! ;) (I tried to upgrade from 2.4.13 to 2.4.20 and the boot loop issue remains... so, yes - I'll stay on 2.4.13 until the issue is resolved.)

Try with 2.4.20 then.:) I read other people's posts that this helped them - upgrade from 2.4.13 to 2.4.20, but without factory resetting, wiping cache etc. I didn't download 2.4.21 from here (or any other site or forum)... I simply went to Updater (on my phone :p) and upgraded to the latest...

That's what happened to me (SGS2)... then I installed 2.4.13 and upgraded to 2.4.21. It works.;) And also firewall works now (which didn't in 2.4.13.) :) P.S. "Guard" and "(Data) monitor" are not in English any more.o_O
