do you have wps office +PDF installed right? Uninstall it and no more chinese stuff. It comes whit app, put a feedback in playstore -

Whithout restriction for that app in App battery saver, even if you set clear cache when device is locked in 1 min,5 or whatever or turn on battery saver, battery saver doesn't restict app's activity. even if you clean ram in task manager it still has no restriction. it is the same principle... -
