Mokee release version does have gapps, I flashed release rom with clean wipe and format /system and i got play store and basic gapps

For 27/04 release rom, there is no need of gapps :)

I updated using OTA, For that you shouldn't install any other gapps, you shouldn't remove any app, you shouldn't make any changes to build.prop Latest version is also so good, The battery saver got new features :)

If you could implement OTA functionality for CARBON, BEANSTALK, CM and PAC, Everyone will benefit from it. Is it possible?

I'm using Carbon Rom, I've installed after a clean wipe of /data, and formatting /system Everything is fine, Performance is good as usual, need to check on battery

Its a conflict in data, you need to wipe whole data, backup with titanium, wipe data in recovery, format system and then flash rom and gapps Restore data from titanium backup
