TWRP - wipe (i had the same problem but I wiped dalvik/cache/system AND then flash once again latest rom, THEN wipe dalvik and cache and reboot. that helped me.

on MI8 - still the same problem

No 4g for sim1 in mi8. Signal reception is very bad and all the time is dissapearing. Set to 3g otherwise no signal at all. No double 4g then. Wtf? I get no mobile internet at all on sim 1 :(

Is there any option that notifications would be shown in ANY form on ALWAYS ON oled screen in Mi8? or it is only time and date?

yeah but on Mi6 there were no such problem and there DPI was different than in car's display. So what is the problem now? Oneplus has the same problem but if you hide the notch - it looks ok on car's AND they are already working on a fix. Oneplus UI/rom is better than MIUI? no, it's just that...

That is a awful bug. I hate it. I managed to find a temporary fix - dl secondscreen from playstore, create a new profile and add DPI change to 160 (lower DPI is blocked) and everytime you launch AA - you need to launch that profile in secondscreen. AA looks better but still far from perfect. and...
