Solved. The problem was, even though I used magisk hide to hide it from the app, I didn't hide magisk manager from settings. Thank you! Even though there was no need for this,maybe your tip could help others.

Changing wallpaper on my K20 Pro through third party apps only works for homescreen. In order to change the lockscreen's wallpaper I have to use the built-in gallery app. As a result, I can't disable/uninstall the app to use a third party one.
