I can try. Didn't think of it. Using an OTG is easier and more convenient.

Mi 9T Can't boot to System after flashing

Hello! I'm trying to flash the most recent beta on a Mi 9T, but for some reason when I flash it, the phone just gets stuck on the boot logo. I tried re-flashing it, but to no avail. This isn't my first time flashing a xiaomi phone with this ROM, but this has never happened before. Always have...

Just flashed it on my Mi 9 SE and everything's running fine. Though, this app is present in the ROM. Is it normal? I can't disable it nor uninstall it.

    MIUI 12.6 21.5.20/21

My status bar has always been like this, since I own this phone, either with .eu ROM and EEA ROM. It's a Mi 9 SE. Do you know why some notification icons are displayed this way?

    MIUI 12.6 21.5.20/21

Great ROM overall, it's working pretty well on my Mi 9 SE. I have a question tho. Ever since the 12.5 update, some notification icons for system apps, and also mi fit, appear white in the notification bar. Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is this a recurrent bug from Xiaomi? If I use the...

[TWRP][OFRP][PBRP] List of relevant recovery in one place

Hey @geoanto555, I saw a new TWRP version available for grus on your AFH folder (https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=323030) called "twrp_grus-MI9SE_3.5.A9_07-03-2021_d-bl.img". And I would just like to ask, what changes from 12-02 to this new version? Thanks!

@geoanto555 just flashed the newest ROM with your recovery and everything went smooth. Rebooted from system to recovery, decrypted fine, then flashed the ROM with no issues and it booted back to system with no problems at all! Thank you for your great work!

All you need to do is either flash it in fastboot using the command "fastboot flash recovery *insert name of twrp here*" or by booting to it in fastboot using the command "fastboot boot *insert name of twrp here*". And it works fine

[TWRP][OFRP][PBRP] List of relevant recovery in one place

I flashed it and whenever I boot it from system or fastboot, always decrypted fine. Haven't tried with a new ROM version, because I'm already on the latest, but as soon as a new releases I'll let you know. One thing I know for sure, it's working fine for me

Sure thing! Just flashed it and it's working great! When I boot from fastboot or from system, it asks me for my lockscreen PIN and it decrypts fine!

Yes! Android 11 support! Will I be able to boot to recovery from system now? Edit: Just flashed it to try it out, I am able to boot from system to recovery, but everything is still encrypted, and it doesn't ask for the lockscreen PIN. Also booted from fastboot and everything is also encrypted...

Official TWRP for Mi 9 SE

Use this one: https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/twrp-recovery-list-of-relevant-recovery-in-one-place.57730/post-587941 Always boot into TWRP, don't flash it. It works for me, it can decrypt and I have a pin set as lock screen. After that just flash it as always

    MIUI 12.5 21.1.27/28

So I was trying to do a clean install on my Mi 9 SE (grus) and I ended up without Operating System. Then I flashed the original fastboot rom (V12.0.3.0.QFBMIXM_20201209.0000.00_10.0_global) using Mi Flash and the phone booted up. Of course after that, I had to re-unlock the bootloader in order...

Oh okay, so don't flash it. Just boot. If I just boot from it, won't it break encryption if I have a pin or password?

Just flashed this TWRP on my Mi 9 SE and the data is still encrypted when I boot to recovery... Should I do anything for it to work?

Official TWRP for Mi 9 SE

I also had to do the same. For some reason the only way to boot the phone is by flashing the official TWRP. But when I try to flash the ROM with it, I always get an error 7. With an unofficial TWRP I can flash the ROM but I can't boot to it, I get stuck in fastboot
