I face the same issue from more or less 3 mouths, without solution for me....

I'm still in V5 because when I update the first time to v6 the costum recovery was looked.now I'm waiting to this issue is solved/unlocked the recovery to update again...

I made a clear install with all the Wipe's in my MI 2S and battery is draining fast with 4.3.1...I came from 4.2.2 version and the battery there was very good but the ROM i used before as some bug's... Also Antutu score now is lower, but this is no problem for me, i just want the thinks working...
