Sorry guys, I'm using an old version of xiaomi.eu with same issue regarding the application list and I thought that could be a workaround for the Miui 13 too.

Regarding the dark mode issue with the fact that the "individual apps" list is not populated, a workaround is to go to the "Settings" and search for the "dark mode options" Please don't take this into the consideration for Miui 13.

This issue is no longer reproducible on stable version of Miui 13.0.2.0 (xiaomi.eu stable: xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10_V13.0.2.0.SJBCNXM_v13-12-fastboot).

Again, I came with same question: have you tried to plug a wired headphones? Because as I mentioned before, I think those functions become available only when headphones are connected through a wired connection.

Have you tried to plug some headphone device? As far as I know, at least on my Mi 10, those options become active only when I plug headphone on device.

So in that case I must say that I blame the Chinese stock rom for faults, because the xiaomi.eu is based on the Chinese stock rom. And because you have same behavior with both firmwares, I guess is nothing that the xiaomi.eu team can do. It's just my opinion.
