    The phone is locked to a Miui account. You need to connect the phone to a wifi network and then to fill Miui account password, for the account which locked the phone. I thought you mean the bootloader is locked and not the phone. So in this case I cannot help you, because I don't know how.

    Eventually you can reset your phone to factory settings. This operation will erase yours installed application and all phone settings, but doesn't require any bootloader unlock, the ROM version will remain as it is now, your phone will not be downgraded to a previous version.

    My opinion is that you gonna need a professional solution to recover data from the phone. In this moment you will not be able to flash boot.img since the bootloader is locked. Let see what ideas have others.

    It is possible to load (import) a carrier profile, but you have to obtain a MBN file for your operator. There is a button which allow you to import this kind of file: Activate MBN from SD.

    What phone model do you have and what is the band used by your carrier for 4G+? Seems not all Mi 10 5G models are supported by Nicaraguan mobile carrier, only the Chinese version seems to be compatible with all Nicaraguan mobile carrier bands...

    Official OS

    Use official flash tool to write official firmware. That will flash the recovery too, so the TWRP will be replaced with the stock recovery. Check the official page for the instructions and the softwares, you will need to browse from a PC that page...

    Unfortunately is not working in my case the SMS neither of them: "SMS position" and "Sync messages". But I guess in my case is something the issue is caused by my mobile carrier (DigiMobil - Romania), if I try with another mobile carrier, the both are working properly.

    Earlier, when I used Miui 13 on my Mi 10, I didn't had any widget problem. I used 2 widgets, one from the Miui, the weather one and the second widget was from an application installed by me. But, as I mentioned above, I installed the rom from scratch, with format data and all other steps.

    Yes. You have to follow Magisk's installation instructions. I flashed the patched boot image in TWRP, I had twrp-3.6.2_12-v6.3_A12-umi-skkk that time.
