I don't know the procedure you follow and what wipes or formating you made so maybe the best way for you seems that is to start from scratch .. You didn't mention also your current rom version.. And follow the instructions for correct wiping and installation .. And beware not to choose to lock...

I can't understand the reason that you want to flash stock rom .. i think your problem is twrp , you have to use twrp 1206 ..

No way .. and you have to change twrp 0623 with 1206 .. You can flash now but after update the only way to boot to twrp is through fastboot mode..

If you already flash the rom you can format data and reboot to system ..

Try to use an OTG usb stick if you have .. Also you can try to flash a twrp which you can copy the rom in memory and then reflash this twrp .. You can try with adb sideload also if it pass installation .. Also you can try to boot to system , if you only Format data probably device will boot with...

Not for UMI .. for UMI only via fastboot with 1206 twrp or otg usb with turtle twrp .. TWRP 1206 for CMI and LMI is working like a charm and included in last rom zip files.. For UMI everything is still as we already know..
