I'm getting about the same. Averaging 8 hrs SOT. Only problem I can see with this ROM, is the quality of photos. Quality is not as good as MIUI 9. Low light photos are real bad. If you're using your phone camera daily, I would wait for it to get fixed before installing this ROM.

I'm not having any problems with the home button. Haven't encountered any bugs with this rom.

TWRP 3.2.2 works fine. Download the ROM and put it in internal storage. Select Wipe-Advance Wipe and only wipe data. Then Install the rom. Don't forget to wipe Dalvic/cache a couple of times after installing the ROM. So far it's running smooth
