I did my update with TWRP..

F1 updated. Some apps (including gmail and some other apps) can't start. Revert to 3.14. same issue. Wiped cache. Same. I tried to uninstall magisk. Same. Reinstalled those apps. Same. What could be the reason? Seems I'm the only one who got such problem?

It's a local app... It's good actually other than this issue. I'll inform the developer of such problem.

Found the cause of the night mode problem.. is like what you said, triggered by one particular app. The system night/day mode is changed by switching night/day mode of the app itself! Can I say the developer used the wrong way/coding to switch day/night mode of the app? FYI, I found this app...

I don't want to have night mode, but I'm forced to use it as it's set up default. Whenever I set the night mode to OFF, it will automatically set to on at random times, usually within a few minutes. Can you set the default value to Night mode OFF as default in next release? Thanks.

I just tested it with my F1. 1) Closed all apps. 2) Turn OFF night mode 3) Turn off the screen. 4) after less than one minute, I turned on the screen, it becomes night mode...

Same thing for my Poco F1.

Why is this note always there even after I've updated to the latest release? It's been like that since MIUI 10 I guess. Clean installation shows the same thing.
