Thank you, I followed instructions in that post (disabled AVB) but nothing happened, the phone reboots in fastboot again.

I uninstalled Magisk completely (/data/adb empty, no modules) and installed the ROM with TWRP. After wipe cache/dalvik, system reboot the phone returns in fastboot mode.

I am doing that (holding vol+ and power) but the phone returns to fastboot and no TWRP seen. What can be the reason? As you see the latest TWRP was (is) on the phone and the ROM was installed without a problem or any error message in TWRP.
