Locked Out Of Perfectly Nice Working Phone.

Power off the phone. Then press Vol+ and keep pressed and push power button to power on. You'll be prompted a menu in chinese letters from where you can access fastboot and recovery (written in english). Probably there's a way to factory reset the device, but I can't read chinese.

Did you login to your Mi account on your devices before unlocking?

Redmi 3s 3/32gb Completely Bricked. No Edl, No Fastboot, No Logo, No Led - Solved

On your first boot into TWRP, did you disable dm-verity? If you didn't, the described situation will occur. If you flash an official ROM, it will always lock your bootloader again.

    Redmi 3s With Lte B20 800mhz

My international version came with the same baseband as in the previous post and B20 is working. So baseband doesn't help you.

    Redmi 3s With Lte B20 800mhz

I had a ZUK Z1 before and only was able to use LTE in cities here in Germany. Now I even have LTE coverage in the countryside where only B20 is available. Currently I'm on xiaomi.eu stable 7.5.1.0, before that on 8.0.6.0. LTE works in both.

    Unable To Install Xiaomi.eu Rom

IMHO when you flash any custom ROM in TWRP, /system is wiped before installation. So there's no need to wipe /system by hand. You should only wipw data, cache and dalvik cache to avoid problems.

    Network Preference Won't Stick

I talk about a setting which I modified in QXDM. This is stored in EFS partition. These modifications are the same for all Qualcomm based phones.

    Network Preference Won't Stick

Yes, certainly. If I remember rightly there's a setting where you can set the preferred network type.

    Unable To Install Xiaomi.eu Rom

When you wipe /system TWRP can't install to system partition because of busy filesystem (or you'll have to unmount /system before flashing). I think this is a bug in TWRP.

    Network Preference Won't Stick

I did it with my ZUK Z1 (no 3G at all) and it worked.

Updater app verifies, if the update package is suitable for your phone, so it will need network access. What about mobile network?

    Network Preference Won't Stick

Imho you'll be only able to do this using QPST.

Redmi 3s - Cant Enter In Edl Mode...need Help

You can install any official ROM from a download from the official site. Store it in the internal storage, open Updater app, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner, choose "install from sd card" and select the downloaded file. This will also work with a locked bootloader.

Redmi 3s - Cant Enter In Edl Mode...need Help

Did you check unlocking FAQ http://en.miui.com/thread-202290-1-1.html ? I successfully unlocked two R3S without any issues. I installed latest global developer ROM before unlocking (downloaded file to internal storage and flashed by updater app).

Redmi 3s - Cant Enter In Edl Mode...need Help

Once again: before you can unlock the bootloader you must enter your MIUI account details in your phone. Otherwise MiFlashUnlocker will stop at 50%.

    Redmi 3s With Lte B20 800mhz

I own an official international R3S bought at geekbuying.com. It supports B20 out of the box and comes with a ROM which lacks some languages. You can easily update it to official global stable ROM without unlocking the bootloader.
