This is not a proper solution. Keep for example in mind you will not have widevine support anymore.

One the good things of xiaomi devices is the endless software support. I know .eu is not xiaomi itself and a project run by volunteers, but it would be great if we can at least count on irregular updates. I understand all of the reasoning above. It would however be nice if a subset of devices...

Mi5S updated to Nougat via updater without any problems.

For me it works fine on Mi5S and android 6.

Mi5S: Great rom. Battery loss at night 4-6% total over 8 hours. With previous roms this was much more.

Mi5S user here. Auto brightness does not work, and the battery drain is more than normal. For the rest a very good rom.

Me too that is why I downgraded in the meantime, immediately 4G+ back with 6.12.29.

Mi5S - not able to connect to 4G, only H+ maximum, while I am in full coverage 4G900 and 1800 area. Downgrading to 6.12.29.

They were deleted and new files uploaded, no idea why.

The standard included clock app (under tools) works fine, even when phone is still in DND-mode. Latest weekly firmware 6.12.1.

I have the same problem. Seems like a bug in Dutch language.

I have on my mi5s a bug that the system launcher crashes when I try to remove a home screen. This means I can also not add any widgets.
