It seems you have to flash persist partition again, search google for it. If nothing helps then flash the official fastboot rom, then xiaomi.eu rom. Backup your data first!

Format Data in TWRP. Not wipe. Format! Then install the ROM. Then wipe cache and dalvik. Backup first, if you need your photos and documents.

I use Magisk root and I get updates OTA automatically. You are right, magisk zip have to be flashed again after each ROM updates.

There is OTA for stable, too. If updating is urgent then you can download manually and install in TWRP. OTA comes a few days later.

I was brave enough to update my Mi9Tpro to 11.0.5 and I have no issue with fingerprint. Security level is L1, still OK.

Did you come dirty from 11.0.4 or did you do clean install?

Same device, same rom here. Missed call and sms icons are on AOD, it wotks here. I do not use telegram and fb.

Xiaomi.eu stable to stable: dirty flash is ok. Unless you come from stock rom (then formatting data is necessary before flashing the rom).

Should be OK. I use 3.3.1-15 by mauronofrio and it works fine.

Strange. All kind of notifications work here, including lockscreen notifications.

Lock screen notifications work for me. Same device, same ROM. You should check Settings -> Notifications -> Lock screen notifications.
