The same thing for me. Everything works fine, but Facebook messenger has a default led setting, blue, whereas for WhatsApp I had the possibility to choose the colour of led notification.

At first the updates were available through Updater app, but I am not sure if it's still possible. Although this issue, it is better to do the operation manually, so...
