It does work for daily usage but the quality of your microphone will be less good than what you can get on kitkat or ics. Should be fixed by the end of this month however. I am not sure but you might have camera bugs time o time.

Sorry I gave you the block devices path. Those are not mounted. Thus you would need to mount them and then edit the content. But honestly the easier for you would be to downgrade back to kitkat and use xposed to get rid off your problem with the proximity sensor.
